We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure equipment, systems, or products are installed, maintained, diagnosed, and repaired efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Pay

$33.80 hourly rate, Flat Rate Hours based on experience

What You’ll Do 

• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment, systems, or components as needed
• Perform routine maintenance, testing, and preventive service activities
• Respond to service requests and communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Document work performed, parts used, and service outcomes accurately
• Follow safety procedures, company standards, and applicable regulations at all times
• Install, set up, and calibrate equipment or systems when required
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain tools, service vehicles, and work areas in good condition

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in field service, maintenance, repair, or a related technical role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and service instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills for service documentation and reporting
• Physical ability to lift, move, and work with equipment as required by the role
• Valid driver’s license may be required, depending on the position

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification, trade training, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience working with diagnostic tools, hand tools, or specialized service equipment
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, industrial, or related systems
• Experience working in a customer-facing service environment
